Analysis request: Junichi Tazawa

It looks like one of the biggest names out of Japan this year is going to be Junichi Tazawa, a 22-year old that is trying to bypass Japanese pro ball to jump straight to the U.S. as a free agent. He has very projectable stuff: good fastball with excellent location, and has an assortment of workable breaking pitches.
However, I've got some concerns about his mechanics, and thought I'd take the opportunity to make my first post at Driveline Mechanics. Long time listener, first time caller ... as they say.

i’m no kyle boddy but i did notice that he rushed just a little bit because his front foot was planted and his shoulders were turning a little before his pitching arm was vertical. some people also might have a problem with him pitching from the stretch as a starter but i think that doesnt matter as long as he is comfortable with it
