[Jack Zduriencik] said that he is forming the Mariners "Department of Baseball Research," and he plans to staff it with sabermetricians.
Hm. Looks like I might have to throw my hat in the ring! Maybe they can use someone who is good with SQL, Excel, sabermetrics, and high-speed footage of pitching mechanics...
