Analysis Request: Tyson Ross

I'd love to hear your take on A's 2nd Rounder Tyson Ross. He certainly has the most unique (worst?) mechanics of the top 3 rounds. He lands almost entirely upright and i'd be worried about his back, but maybe other things are working better for him. He's fb is in the low-90s and his secondary stuff is pretty good. Can his mechanics be straightened out? If so, would you anticipate any increase in velocity? And will his breaking stuff suffer?

The website itself is loading slow, but it’s there. I hate his mechanics. A lot. (He had arm troubles shortly after I wrote the article.)
