THR's were released by Will Carroll of Baseball Prospectus on the fourth, so you should go check them out if you have a subscription. Will does a good job of putting lots of time and effort into these, as well as his Under the Knife series, so it's certainly a nice perk of subscription to the site.

PECOTA remains pretty much the only reason I have a subscription there (well, and the Fantasy tools), but THR is a welcome addition.

I mostly agree with his rankings of the pitchers, but I'm pretty sure all Will does is factor in injury history, stats, and innings - he doesn't do any qualitative analysis. I'm certainly not blaming him for it - he has repeatedly said he's not a biomechanist and therefore withholds opinion about pitching mechanics for the most part - but it's something worth noting.

I'll go on record here and say that Cole Hamels is due for a major injury for various reasons. Will marked him as a "red," the lowest grade possible - probably due to his major innings increase from 2007-2008. My concerns involve that but also general problems in his pitching mechanics - opinions not shared by ASMI, interestingly enough.
