Life is Busy Blah Blah Kevin Gregg

Life is busy right now - just started a new job, lots of errands, moving out in a month or so, and my car is in the impound lot as I type this.

As such, I haven't been able to do much. I have two promising writers I might be adding to the staff as soon as I get around to evaluating some of their work.

In the meantime, here's a clip of Kevin Gregg when he was with the Marlins. What do you see? Who does this look like?

Throwing motion looks like Wakefield to me.

Can't do a side-by-side now, but what about this guy?

Do they look the same?

Similar

But Sparks had his hand/arm cocked higher before throw than Gregg did.

Aaron King is still my homeboy... iffy mechanics and all

If Dustin Pedroia played in Seattle, not many people would be talking about him.

How's Gregg's control?

Watching Gregg pitch makes him look like he’s throwing the ball instead of pitching. Obviously he’s not tightening his glove which makes me wonder about his control. What’s kind of surprising is just how gently his glove seems to rest when he’s pitching.
His followthrough has a medium to low violence.
I somehow feel that he could probably squeeze an extra mph or two if he tweaked his delivery, but that could just be me.
