Brad Holt Inverted W?
I was looking at a video I took of Brad Holt last year in the NYPL and so I was gonna try and slow down the video and then I noticed this^^. Is it me or is that the 'inverted W'. I do not know that much about mechanics, but i'm pretty sure this is what the W looks like. Can someone confirm if this is the W? If it is that kinda sucks.

Definitely looks like it
However, it might NOT cause a timing problem. I’d need to see the video.

Sure looks like it
but the more important thing to look at is whether it causes his arm to drag or not.

I agree
As Boddy and Jon said it’s important to look at the video esp. with see how high his pitching arm side is. If he not leaning towards third base a bit (which he isn’t based on the still) he’s leaving himself open to a lot of arm strain.
